Talent Terms

Applying

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, representation, promotion, an audition or paid work. We contact applicants whose experience and presence fit current needs.

The Wink Standard

Talent must communicate promptly, arrive on time, follow client requirements, behave respectfully and accurately represent experience and availability. Minors require parent or guardian participation and approval.

Comp cards and site promotion

Signed WINK talent are not charged to appear on the site. A current comp card is required for promotion. Optional comp-card design or photography services, if needed, are discussed separately before any commitment.

Assignment terms

Compensation, duties, payment timing, expenses and the firm’s service fee are provided privately and confirmed in writing for each assignment.

Independent status

Talent classification, taxes, releases, cancellations, exclusivity and other obligations will be stated in the applicable written agreement. Do not rely on this page as a complete contract.
